Offense: assault consummated by battery - splashing a detainee in the face with pine oil; verbal harassment. Punishment: Not guilty on verbal harassment offense. Guilty on assault. reduction to E-1 (Private), forfeiture of $150 pay per month for two months. B) Date of incident: 04/10/03. Unit: 132nd MP Co. Offense: assault consummated by battery- struck a shackled detainee with his fist. Punishment: Reduction to E-3 (Private First Class), 45 days extra duty. C) Incident date: 04-10-03. Unit: 132 MP Co.
