| ACLU notes: | Records relating to adjudication of one or more soldiers who shocked three Iraqi detainees with an M34 blasting device and stripped them of their clothing. Two soldiers were given a general discharge in lieu of court-martial. Soldiers also struck a detainee and pushed him to the ground, placing a foot on top of detainee's chest. A detainee was stripped naked. Same case as DODDOA028827-DOD026937. Officer with Bulldog 6 told a platoon sergeant to deal with looters, to "take them out back and beat the fuck out of them." (DOD046365). |
